Emaa Mara Camp is an exclusive boutique retreat designed to provide an authentic and intimate safari experience just a stone's throw from the Ololaimutiek Gate. With only seven thoughtfully appointed tents, our camp ensures personalized service and a peaceful sanctuary for couples in our double tents or friends in our twin tents.

Our strategic location allows you to be among the first on the plains for sunrise drives, offering a front-row seat to the greatest wildlife show on Earth. During the Peak Season, which runs from July to October and again for the holidays, guests are perfectly positioned to witness the magic of the African wilderness.

You will enjoy the comforts of home in the heart of the savannah, featuring en-suite tents with hot showers, flushing toilets, and private verandas to soak in the sights and sounds of the Mara. Each unit features elegant furnishings that reflect the spirit of the Masai Mara, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Hotel Policies

Reservation Policy:

• Guests must provide valid credit card details to secure a reservation.
• Cancellation policies vary based on room type and rate plan.
• Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in time: 11:00 AM
• Check-out time: 10:30 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy:

• Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
• Acceptable forms of payment: credit cards, cash, Mpesa etc.
• Deposit: 30% required to confirm booking.
• Final Payment: 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

• Cancellations made 60 to 31 days prior to arrival are eligible for 50% refund.
• No-shows and cancellations made 30 days and below prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Pet Policy:

• Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
• Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
