Our rates are structured to reflect the unique beauty of the Mara’s changing seasons, ensuring exceptional value whether you visit during the Great Migration or the quiet green season. View our current seasonal schedules and per-person sharing rates below.

1. International Guest Rates 2026

Rates are per person, per night (sharing basis). Full Board accommodation.

Holiday Supplement: $20 per person/night (Applicable from Dec 20th to Jan 5th).

Child Policy (3-12 years): 50% of the adult rate when sharing with parents.

2. East African Resident Rates (KES)

Special rates for residents of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi

3. Rate Inclusions & Exclusions

Luxury tented accommodation (exclusive experience: only 7 tents available). All gourmet meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Mineral water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. High-speed Wi-Fi in common areas.	Masai Mara Reserve Entry Fees (payable at the gate). Game Drives (4x4 safari vehicles available on request). Transport & Airstrip Transfers. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Tips and items of a personal nature.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 30% required to confirm the booking.
Balance: Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund (less admin fees).
29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% penalty.
Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% penalty
