Our rates are structured to reflect the unique beauty of the Mara’s changing seasons, ensuring exceptional value whether you visit during the Great Migration or the quiet green season. View our current seasonal schedules and per-person sharing rates below.

1. International Guest Rates 2026

All rates are on a Full Board basis, net in USD per room per night, and include applicable Government taxes and Service charges. Rates exclude Park entry fees and Concession fees where applicable.

Child Policy

Under 4 years: stays free of charge.
Ages 5–12 sharing with adults: 50% of the adult rate.
Ages 5–12 in own room: 75% of the adult rate.

Easter Supplement (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

High season rate applies during this period.

Christmas Supplement (24th Dec, 25th Dec, 31st Dec and 1st Jan)

USD 20 per person; 50% applies to children.

2. East African Resident Rates (KES)

3. Rate Inclusions & Exclusions

Luxury tented accommodation (exclusive experience: only 7 tents available). All gourmet meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Mineral water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. High-speed Wi-Fi in common areas.	Masai Mara Reserve Entry Fees (payable at the gate). Game Drives (4x4 safari vehicles available on request). Transport & Airstrip Transfers. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Tips and items of a personal nature.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

- A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of the booking.
- Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Payment is by Cash, M-Pesa or cash transfer. Payments by credit card are subject to an additional 4% charge.

Cancellation, Modification and No-Show

48 hours or less: 90% of the full amount.
4–14 days: 60% of the full amount.
15–30 days: 30% of the full amount.
31 days and above: No charge.

Ema Mara Camp does not and will not accept responsibility for any incident of any nature involving any client(s) who is/are at the lodge, nor while traveling to or from the lodge.
